Multi-phase study to understand baseline provision of evidence-based cared for patients with stroke admitted to the University Teaching Hospital in Lusaka, Zambia and then utilize this information to adapt international stroke clinical practice guidelines to the Zambian setting utilizing the Adopt-Contextualize-Adapt framework, implement the locally contextualized guidelines, and evaluate their uptake and impact on outcomes.
